2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.

3. Refund Policy

• Within 7 days: Full refund if you are not satisfied (no questions asked).
• After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing month. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original UPI method.
• Abuse of refund policy may lead to account suspension.

4. How to Request Refund

Email us at support@ulabsoft.in with your lab name and registered email. We’ll process it promptly.

• Lab details (name, address, GSTIN)
• Patient data (name, age, tests, reports)
• Payment info (processed via UPI on Razorpay – we do not store VPA or PIN)
• Usage analytics (anonymized)

2. How We Use Data

• To generate and deliver lab reports
• To process subscriptions and payments
• To improve software and provide support

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted with 256-bit AES. We comply with:

• HIPAA (USA)
• GDPR (EU)
• DPDP Act 2023 (India)

4. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Razorpay via UPI. Their privacy policy applies: razorpay.com/privacy

5. Your Rights

You may request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at support@ulabsoft.in.

1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UlabSoft for your pathology lab only.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Payments via UPI only, processed by Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
• No refunds after 7 days of payment

3. Prohibited Actions

• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing software
• Sharing login credentials
• Using on unauthorized devices

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of terms.

5. Governing Law

Disputes are subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts in Gadwal, Telangana.

All payments are securely processed by Razorpay using UPI only.
